    Go to Request Form → LOR-MOI-Trail Request Form from the navigation menu.

    Enter your Enrollment Number (e.g. 823456789012BCA). Your Programme, Full Name, and Exam Year will be auto-filled from university records — no manual entry needed.
  • 3
    Enter your Mobile Number (10 digits). Then enter your Email ID and click Send OTP. Enter the 6-digit OTP received in your inbox to verify your email.
  • 4
    Select the Certificate Type (LOR / MOI / TRAIL). Fee will be calculated automatically. Upload your latest marksheet (PDF or JPG, max 5 MB).

    Click Make Fees Payment and complete payment via the payment gateway. Fee is non-refundable.

    After returning from payment, enter the CAPTCHA, tick the confirmation checkbox, and click Submit Application. Note your Application ID.

    🎉 Your certificate PDF will be sent immediately to your verified email as an attachment along with your Application Summary PDF.

Your certificate is sent immediately after you click Submit Application. The system automatically generates and emails the PDF to your verified email address. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, contact exam.query@baou.edu.in with your Application ID.
The certificate is sent to the email address you entered and verified via OTP in Step 2 of the form. Make sure you enter a valid, accessible personal email ID. You can use any email — it does not have to be your admission-registered email.
No. Each certificate type needs a separate request with its own payment. Submit one request per certificate type.
No. The fee is non-refundable once payment is made. Verify all details before paying. For payment errors contact exam.query@baou.edu.in.
First, check your spam / junk folder — the email may have been filtered automatically. If it is not there either, email exam.query@baou.edu.in with your Application ID and Enrollment Number. Our team will re-send the certificate.
No, this is intentional security. The certificate PDF is encrypted with AES-128 and has a BAOU watermark. Copying, editing, and printing are disabled to prevent forgery. The PDF is valid as an official university document as issued.
After submitting your application, a Download Application PDF button appears on the form page. Click it to download your application summary with payment details. This PDF is also attached in the same email as your certificate.
Your enrollment number must include the programme letters at the end (e.g. 823456789012BCA). Make sure you enter the complete enrollment number including the programme suffix. If the issue persists, contact exam.query@baou.edu.in.
